Privacy, in plain English

This demo does not collect member data. When a gym buys the service, we will only process the minimum information needed to run cancellations and reminders.

What this demo collects

Nothing. Details typed into the cancellation flow are used in your browser to show the screen. They are not sent to us or stored anywhere.

What the live service will collect

• The member’s email address, so we can confirm their identity and send their cancellation receipt.
• The membership plan, renewal date and cancellation date, so the gym has an accurate record.
• A payment reference from the gym’s billing provider, so renewal reminders match the right membership.

What we do not do

• We do not sell personal data.
• We do not use member data for advertising.
• We do not send marketing messages to members unless the gym asks us to send a service message they need.
